Privacy Policy

Last updated July 2026. We collect as little as we can while still being able to run the site.

What we collect

When you visit MindWork Tools, our servers automatically receive standard web request information: your IP address, the page you requested, the page that referred you, your user agent string (browser and device type), and the time of your request. We use this to keep the site running, diagnose problems, and understand which content is useful.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies to remember basic preferences. We do not run cross-site behavioral tracking, fingerprinting, or sell any data. If we add analytics in the future we will use a privacy-respecting tool that aggregates page-level statistics without identifying individual visitors.

Advertising

The site reserves space for contextual advertising in order to keep the content free. If we enable a third-party ad network in the future, that provider may set its own cookies subject to its own privacy policy. We will note this on the site when it happens.

What we don't do

We do not require accounts. We do not collect names, addresses, or therapy notes. Worksheets you fill out on paper or on your own device are yours and never reach our servers. There is no chat box that streams your messages anywhere; there is no “save your responses” feature that uploads private content.

Children

The site is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it. Email us at the address on the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy materially changes, we will update the date at the top and post a brief note on the homepage for at least two weeks.
