Contact
We're a small editorial project, not a clinic. We read every message but we cannot offer clinical advice.
For corrections, suggestions, or partnership inquiries, email hello@mindworktools.example. We typically respond within a week.
Suggest a worksheet
Is there a CBT technique or exercise you wish were on the site? Tell us. We're particularly interested in:
- Worksheets adapted for adolescents or older adults
- Skills from third-wave approaches (ACT, DBT, MBCT) that don't get enough plain-English coverage
- Tools that work well in group therapy settings
- Exercises in languages other than English
Reporting issues
If you find a broken link, a typo, or content that doesn't reflect current best practice, please flag it. We'd rather know than not.
Crisis resources
We are not equipped to respond to crisis messages. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number. In the United States, you can also contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988, or chat at 988lifeline.org. The Crisis Text Line is available by texting HOME to 741741.
